Kaipara Coast Plant Centre and Sculpture Gardens

Kaipara Coast Plant Centre and Sculpture Gardens

What we do:

The Kaipara Coast Plant Centre and Sculpture Gardens (and Allotment Cafe) are located on the Kaipara Coast Highway just 4 kilometres north of Kaukapakapa Village.

Access to the Kaipara Coast Sculpture Gardens and Allotment Cafe is through the Kaipara Coast Plant Centre, which is independently operated. Its unique character, with a lot of garden art and sculpture, reflects the association with the adjoining sculpture gardens.

The Kaipara Coast Plant Centre

The Kaipara Coast Plant Centre grows and sells hundreds of thousands of plants each year in a range of sizes in our own nursery.

All plants are grown outdoors in a rural environment, ensuring that they are hardy and will grow well.

The plant centre specialises in plant varieties that grow well in the Auckland area. All the plants are trialled and tested in the gardens on
site and nursery. “If a variety doesn't perform, we simply don’t grow it”.
