NZTA SH16 Upgrades Presentation for Business Owners

NZTA SH16 Upgrades Presentation for Business Owners

In August we have arranged for NZTA to come and present their plans for upgrades to SH16 to North West Country Members

Are you aware of the major changes happening on SH16 between Brigham Creek and Waimauku?

The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) Safe Road project will see $70 million of road works over the next three years.

The focus of this project is to improve safety in the short term, ahead of other long term projects that need a lot more time for consenting and planning processes. This project is the first part of a bigger package of work aimed at addressing growth and congestion in Auckland’s North West. This programme of work is called
Supporting Growth.

This will be the largest roading project we've seen in the district, make sure you're informed!

We've organised a presentation from the Safe Road team for NWC members and this will also be a chance to ask questions about the project.
